Notes
:
(1) The VFA regrets that
no arrangements
will be made to provide hunting sites. It strongly suggests
attendees arrive on Friday in time to find hunting sites and acquire
permission to hunt.
(2) Please indicate on the sheet provided on the
Headquarters door all quarry you take during the meet or, if taken on
Sunday after your or his departure inform
John.
(3) The Board requests
that all VFA members and other attending falconers participate in forming
hunting parties and thereby assure that all of our guests can
witness the wonders of falconry.
(4)
Please contact John Foley or sign-up on the headquarters door by 5pm on
Saturday if you will attend the group dinner at Pano's Restaurant, next to
the Belle Meade Motel. Failure to do so may preclude you eating with
most of us. |
